Here's what you get by Registering TODAY:
  • Lodging and meals:  Your meals are provided from Thursday dinner to Sunday breakfast.  Your 3 nights' lodging includes a private room Glen Eyrie Castle.  We'll coordinate with you regarding dietary considerations.
  • A 'What to Expect Call':  We have a virtual meet and greet scheduled 10 days prior to the start of the Retreat.  On that video call, we'll have a chance to get to know one another, finalize logistics and help you prepare in order to get the most out of the weekend together.
  • ​​A Framework:  You will learn core principles of mindfulness, meditation and movement, tap into a handful of amazing healing practices and create momentum and a framework for feeling strong for the rest of your life.
  • ​Movement Rx: You will have a 1-on-1 Movement Rx Assessment with one of the Movement Rx doctors of physical therapy prior to the Retreat to identify your body's physical imbalances.  Dr. Theresa Larson will take that info and help you craft a personalized plan during the Retreat that prioritizes where to take action to feel better, faster.
  • Mindfulness Rx: (Ret.) Navy SEAL Commander Jon Macaskill will help you regain control over your reactions and self-talk through a series of mindful awareness sessions.
  • Mindful Movement: Will Schneider - yoga instructor extraordinaire and co-host of the Men Talking Mindfulness podcast - will help you align your mind and body to help you look and be confident and centered as you move through life.
  • Clarity: You will get the structured guidance and unstructured time necessary to gain tremendous clarity into the challenges and decisions you are grappling with.
  • Capability:  By the end of the Retreat you will have updated your belief of what you are capable of by acknowledging and removing the limitations you place on yourself.
  • ​Community:  You will become a part of something bigger by giving support to other participants and by getting support in return.
  • BONUS: Included in your registration is a Four-Week Post Retreat Integration Program.  We will all meet virtually once a week for the following four weeks and double-down on the tools you’ve learned and work to weave these practices and insights into your daily life. 
  • A Plan:  You will create your plan to be the leader in your life you need, let go of painful experiences from the past, strengthen your relationships with yourself and others, and be an example of physical and emotional health for those around you.
